Overview

Learning strategy and leadership focuses on aligning programs with organizational goals to drive performance, capability development, and measurable impact. I partner with company leaders and stakeholders to evaluate systems, identify gaps, and develop strategies that strengthen learning functions and scale initiatives.

Across projects, I have designed, developed, and led system-wide training programs from end to end. I have managed program launches and pilot initiatives, restructured training programs, and implemented project tracking processes to ensure timelines and objectives are met. I assess organizational learning needs and provide recommendations to company leaders, while evaluating learner data through LMS reporting. I oversee content changes to ensure alignment between materials, learning objectives, and delivery schedules. Throughout every initiative, I collaborate closely with SMEs and organizational leaders to ensure learning programs are not only well-designed but also strategically positioned to drive performance and strengthen organizational capability.

I develop learning frameworks, policies, and scalable programs, and I mentor teams to implement these initiatives effectively. By integrating evaluation and data into every stage, I continuously improve programs to ensure learning investments translate into measurable impact for individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.
