Program & Learning Design

End-to-end program design and implementation for impactful learning experiences.

Overview

Program and learning design is about creating experiences that help learners gain skills, apply knowledge, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Grounded in learning theory, adult learning principles, and insights from both K–12 and adult education, I design programs to be relevant, engaging, and practical.
 

My process begins with in-depth needs analysis, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps, performance objectives, and the optimal timing and delivery of content. I use frameworks such as ADDIE and other evidence-based models, integrating AI where appropriate to streamline workflows, enhance personalization, and support adaptive learning solutions. Evaluation is built into every stage, ensuring that programs build competency, reduce ramp time, support long-term skill retention, and have measurable impact on learners and organizations.
 

I design a variety of learning experiences, including scenario-based learning, interactive eLearning courses, video production, training materials, guides, and presentation design. I leverage tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, Premiere Pro, and other design software to create immersive and engaging programs that balance instructional rigor with learner engagement.
